  • 15-minute grace period.
  • After 15 minutes: $5 per additional 10 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes: appointment is cancelled.

Is the $20 deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your appointment. It is returned only if TAY STYLIN cancels the appointment.

How late can I arrive?

There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $5 fee applies for every additional 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, the appointment is cancelled.

Can I request a customization the same day?

No. Customization requests must be communicated before your appointment so Tay can prepare correctly.

When do I receive the exact location?
